Cloud customers can now create a retrospective at any time, directly from your Jira Scrum boards.

Retrospectives aren't just for agile teams at the end of a sprint. Whether you're part of a squad, operations team, or cross-functional project team, this new flexibility creates the space and means to stop and reflect as a team, review what went well and what could be improved, and create action items whenever the need arises.

How to create a flexible retrospective:

• From the Sprint dropdown at the top of your retrospective board view, instead of selecting the active sprint, you can elect to create a new retrospective for a 'one-off retrospective'
