Multiple Jira issue link types

We are thrilled to announce a significant enhancement to Easy Agile Programs: support for multiple Jira issue link types. This update is designed to improve dependency visibility across all teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and planning.

What’s new

Previously, Easy Agile Programs allowed configuration with only one Jira issue link type (e.g. blocks / is blocked by).

This limitation meant that teams not using that specific link type couldn’t see their dependencies in the app. This was particularly challenging when multiple teams with different issue linking practices collaborated on the same program.

With the latest update, Easy Agile Programs now supports any link type that is configured within your Jira instance.

Users can now visualize more dependency link types on the Program roadmap, Program board, Team planning, and Dependency map.
