Create Retrospective Items from Jira issues

There are multiple ways to create a retrospective item in the retrospective board to support different ways of retrospectives and the TeamRhythm retrospectives feature will be updated to include the ability to create Retrospective item from Jira issue view providing another easier way to keep track of your retrospective items.
