New and Updated Roadmaps experience coming soon to all Cloud customers

We've been hard at work evolving Easy Agile Roadmaps to delivery more clarity, flexibility, and alignment for you, your stakeholders and your teams.

Starting mid-September 2025, the new Roadmaps will be rolling out successively to all Cloud customers. If you've already been part of our early release over the past few months, thank you for your valuable feedback!

What's new in Roadmaps

Many boards, one roadmap: Bring work from multiple Jira boards into one clear roadmap to align teams and projects

Connect priorities to delivery plans with hierarchy view. An additional view to your Roadmap, allowing you to see the relationship between parent and child items and quickly spot scheduling misalignment between parent and child work items with helpful guides.

Choose when to sync changes: toggle Jira date sync off to explore scenarios and adjust plans before publishing changes when ready.
Export and share stakeholder-ready snapshots: Filter your roadmap by work item hierarchy and status, set the date range, and export a clean PNG snapshot to add to slide decks, email updates, report docs, and more. Quickly and easily share updates without the overhead.

Rollout timeline

From mid-September to the end of the year, we'll be gradually enabling the new Roadmaps experience for all Cloud customers based on user tier:

September: <100 user tier
October: <1000 user tier
November: 1000+ user tier
