View External Dependencies on User Story Map (Cloud)

You'll be able to turn dependency lines on and off to show external dependencies - that is, dependencies between items of work within your team's board filter and with work that is in other projects or on other boards.

Being able to see external dependencies helps sequence and prioritise work to best manage the dependency and who you might need to connect with outside the team to do this.

External dependencies can also highlight areas for improvement in team ownership or capability to better minimise dependencies and increase team autonomy.

A view of external dependencies will initially be available in cloud before we also release for our DC/Server customers.
