Support for Jira 10

Jira 10 is out, but we're not compatible (YET!) as we chose to prioritize new features on Data Center such as dark mode and dependencies in Easy Agile TeamRhythm and our new Dependencies Report and filtering in Easy Agile Programs.

We expect most customers will stay on versions before Jira 10 (choosing to wait for a subsequent point release), but we wanted to share our compatibility timeline and its impact if you're considering upgrading soon.

Impact: Due to the large number of breaking changes introduced in Jira 10, the Easy Agile apps will fail to start after being installed on Jira 10.

Our Compatibility Timeframe: Be assured, we are working on it and we expect all of our apps will be Jira 10 compatible by November 2024.
